　　‘我本人很想跳槽去国内大的卷商去做研究分析，但是也不敢轻易辞职，毕竟自己没有任何金融方面的工作经验，’
　　我觉得，辞职去找工作，是非常不明智的。在任何时候，两条腿走路都是必要的。

　　放弃手头的，孤注一掷去找新的工作，是下下策。
　　还有就是，真的动起来。
　　SHL这样的test做起来，因为毕竟没有关系，没有背景，只能一步一步来。
　　尤其是想说给还没有毕业，面临毕业的同学。
　　校园招聘，对综合能力看得比较重，成绩出类拔萃，interview handle得不好也没有机会。

　　前些日子，我们IBD interview了一个grad.
　　让我同事们很let down的对话大致内容：
　　A (me): What kind of working hours do you think would be extensive for you?
　　B (interviewee): hmm… I don’t know, 8 hours a day? Maybe?

　　(行了，你连在香港工作都不适合，不要说在IB了。)
　　A: How about 9 till 10pm, do you think it’s too much for you?
　　B: yeah… that is long… are you guys working till 10pm everyday?
　　Feedback是，这个人的attitude 很糟糕，觉得无所谓。听说还是有一些背景的。最后，一致认为不合适。
　　刚毕业找工作的同学们，一定要做好准备。
　　另外…
　　一个年轻人，在过年前，即是发bonus之前被fire了。

　　原因是和别人discuss之前的bonus的事情。嘴巴很碎，说这个人拿了多少，那个人拿了多少。
　　这些都是big no no，就算是中资也是不能忍受的。
